4. Important Update: Enhanced Plagiarism Detection Policy

To uphold the highest levels of academic integrity, TAJ has strengthened its plagiarism detection measures. All submitted manuscripts will undergo rigorous screening using advanced plagiarism detection software, ensuring a maximum similarity index of 10%. This policy guarantees that only original and properly attributed research is published. We encourage all authors to meticulously review their work for originality and proper citation before submission to avoid any delays in the publication process. The TAJ: Journal of Teachers Association, pISSN 1019-8555 and eISSN 2408-8854, is an open-access, double-blind peer-reviewed, BM&DC approved medical journal published by the Teachers Association of Rajshahi Medical College, is delighted to announce that starting from Volume 38 (2025), the journal will shift its publication frequency from biannual to quarterly. This transition aims to accommodate the increasing number of high-quality submissions and to ensure timely dissemination of medical research. The quarterly issues will be published as follows: Issue 1 (January–March), Issue 2 (April–June), Issue 3 (July–September), and Issue 4 (October–December). We warmly invite academicians, researchers, clinicians, and postgraduate students to submit their original articles, reviews, case reports, and short communications for consideration in our upcoming issues. As part of our ongoing commitment to academic excellence and timely communication, the journal maintains a robust peer-review process with the following editorial performance indicators:
